JESSICA EVANS
Jessica fell in love with D.C.’s unique neighborhoods while attending the University of Maryland. Her degree in Economics is utilized to assist her clients with understanding the holistic impact of their current and future real estate decisions. She believes location and lifestyle go hand in hand with the economics when helping her clients to purchase or sell. She cares about the entire experience in the home buying process, from the first time you talk real estate with her through years down the road after living in your home. Jessica’s opinion, “There’s no one-size fits all for my clients, they all have different needs and personalities”. In her career she’s built valuable relationships with other trusted professionals to assist with every step of the home buying or selling process. Most real estate transactions are the largest of people’s lives; entrusting someone who is accessible throughout the process, reliable when it comes to the details and who is intensely focused on top notch customer service is essential. Jessica routinely strives to exceed the expectations of her clients.Jessica is regarded professionally as a member of the Silver Spring Urban District Advisory Committee, Silverton Condominium Board of Directors, The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Communications Committee and Young Professionals Network. ERICA COLLINS

Before becoming a real estate agent Erica led a double life as both a paralegal and a yoga instructor, eventually leaving the law firm to become the general manager of one of DC’s most prestigious yoga studios. Nevertheless, and in spite of her busy schedule, she couldn’t escape her passion for house hunting and often found herself slipping into open houses on weekends. Believing everyone should do what they love--and do it well—it only made sense to make the career move to become a successful real estate agent in the inspiring city of Washington DC. “I love the balance of D.C. You get decades of history blended with the newest trends in food, fitness, and fun. There’s something here for everyone.” Passionate about community, she strives to find that perfect home for her clients. “This city has so many beautiful neighborhoods, each with their own distinctive feel and personality. My goal is to find my clients a home that really feels like home.” In her free time, Erica can be found spending time with her family, teaching yoga, cheering on the Ravens and hunting down D.C.’s best honey-glazed donut.
